Easy Dollhouse Candle Tutorial

This is how I made candles for my Monster High dollhouse.

Supplies needed; buttons and findings, glue sticks, black eye pins, wire cutters, dog nail clippers tweezers, (not pictured) and a glue gun.

Use the clippers to cut your glue sticks into different lengths.

Cut a small length of the eye pin and use tweezers to push it down into the center of a cut glue stick. This will be your burned wick.

Use wire cutters to trim your "wick". Repeat the above steps until all of your "candles" have "wicks".

Use hot glue to glue your candle to a button or finding. Add "dripping wax" by running hot glue down the sides of your candle.

Have fun and experiment! You can make the candles different colors by painting them with glass paint or acrylic paints.
