Carefully cut out one of the printable popcorn boxes. Fold on the lines and glue bottom and side tab.
Take a small piece of clay and roll into a thick snake, then shape the top like a cone. Fit clay into popcorn box and re-shape cone if needed.
Take another smaller piece of clay and roll into a thin snake. Cut tiny pieces of clay, lots of tiny pieces.
Take a dotting tool and use the smallest end to start shaping the popcorn pieces. Just push a little on each piece to give some indents but not too much because you will shape it more when you add it to your larger piece of clay. Before adding your small pieces, take a needle tool and rough up the clay to give it some texture.
Begin adding your small pieces to the clay and shape as you go. You may switch between using a needle tool and a dotting tool, whatever works best for you.
Continue adding all of the pieces of clay and shaping as you add. Once you have covered all of the clay take a very small paint brush and add a little brown acrylic paint or chalk pastels in small spots to look like the kernel. I prefer using paint.
Use a bit larger, softer brush to add some yellow and gold chalk pastels to make your popcorn look buttered. Bake according to instructions on polymer clay package, seal with matte mod podge if you like and you're done.
